Three Programmes
Practical educational services for everyday household life
Each Kinfold programme addresses a specific, real aspect of family organisation. No overlap, no filler — just focused content with clear outcomes and stated prices.
Back to HomeHow We Work
Our approach across all programmes
Every Kinfold programme follows a consistent methodology. We begin each session by establishing what participants already bring to the topic — there is no assumption of a blank slate. From there, we introduce frameworks and tools through a combination of short explanations, worked examples, and structured exercises.
Written materials accompany every programme. These are not transcripts of what was said in the room — they are designed as standalone references that participants can use independently after the sessions end. For the Document Organisation Service, the materials include working templates your household will actually fill in during the session.
We do not offer one-size-fits-all content. Facilitators adapt examples and language to the group, though the core curriculum remains consistent across all cohorts of a given programme.

Programme 01
Family Communication Workshops
฿3,500 per participant · Two half-day sessions
A series of group educational sessions focused on everyday communication skills. Topics include respectful dialogue, calm approaches to disagreement, and shared household coordination. The workshop is designed for adults in the same household who want a more structured space to look at how they talk with one another.
This is general education and skills practice. It is not counselling, not relationship advice, and not mediation. Families attending will learn communication frameworks and practise using them — what happens at home after that is up to them.
- Respectful dialogue frameworks
- Calm conflict de-escalation approaches
- Shared household coordination methods
- Practical in-session exercises
- Take-home reference guide included
What the sessions cover
Introduction to everyday communication patterns — identifying what tends to create friction and what helps things run smoothly
Practical frameworks for raising topics calmly and listening in a way that the other person feels heard
Household coordination exercises — shared calendars, task allocation language, and low-friction check-ins
Wrap-up and take-home guide — each participant receives a written summary of the frameworks covered
Programme 02
Household Document Organisation Service
฿14,600 per household · Single working session (~3 hours)
A guided administrative session in which our facilitator works alongside your household to sort, label, and arrange your own records using a straightforward template system. The session covers what to keep, how to store it, and how to maintain the system going forward.
This service organises your existing materials. We do not read, assess, or interpret documents on your behalf. All papers remain in your possession and under your control throughout. The fee covers the working session, the template pack, and an upkeep checklist you can use monthly.
- Document sorting and labelling during the session
- Household filing system built to your situation
- Template pack included (editable and printable)
- Monthly upkeep checklist provided
- All documents remain with the household at all times
Session structure
Initial review — you share what documents your household currently holds and how they are currently stored
Sorting pass — together you group documents by type using the Kinfold category template
Filing setup — we walk through the labelling and storage approach suited to your household's volume
Handover — you receive the completed template pack and upkeep checklist with brief guidance on ongoing use
Programme 03
Co-Parenting & Family Coordination Programme
฿32,600 per participant · Four weekly sessions (~2 hrs each)
A structured educational programme for parents and caregivers who share responsibilities across separate households or complex family arrangements. The programme teaches cooperative planning, scheduling tools, and communication frameworks for calmer day-to-day coordination.
The content covers communication and organisation skills only. This programme does not address legal arrangements, custody decisions, or personal disputes — for those matters, families would need appropriate professional services. Participants receive a workbook, a set of shared scheduling templates, and access to the group for follow-up questions after the programme ends.
- Cooperative planning frameworks
- Shared scheduling tools and templates
- Communication approaches for calmer coordination
- Programme workbook — one per participant
- Post-programme group access for follow-up questions
Programme structure (four sessions)
Coordination foundations — understanding where friction typically arises in shared-responsibility arrangements and what tends to reduce it
Scheduling tools — building a shared calendar system that both parties can maintain without ongoing negotiation
Communication frameworks — language patterns for raising issues, making changes, and confirming agreements clearly
Practice and review — participants apply the frameworks to real scenarios from their own household, with facilitator guidance
