Our Story
Built around the idea that families deserve a steadier space
Kinfold started from a simple observation: most families are doing their best with very little support for the everyday logistics and conversations that hold a household together.
Back to HomeWho We Are
Kinfold — a small team with a straightforward purpose
Kinfold was established in Bangkok to fill a gap that many families recognise once they look for it. There are plenty of places to turn when something goes seriously wrong — but far fewer resources for households that simply want to communicate a little more smoothly, or bring some order to the paperwork that piles up in any busy home.
We focus exclusively on education and administrative organisation. Our workshops are designed to give families practical skills they can use right away — not abstract theories, and not advice that blurs into territory requiring professional licences. When participants leave a Kinfold session, they take home something concrete: a guide, a template, a framework they can actually apply.
Our work is particularly relevant to households in transition — families navigating new living arrangements, couples finding their footing with shared responsibilities, and parents who want a calmer, more structured approach to coordinating with one another. We welcome all family shapes and situations without judgment.
Our Mission
"To make the ordinary parts of family life a little easier to navigate — together."
Core Values
- Calm over pressure — we move at a pace that suits each group
- Clarity over jargon — straightforward language throughout
- Scope honesty — we are clear about what our services are and are not
- Inclusion — all household arrangements are welcome
The People Behind Kinfold
A small, thoughtful team
Our facilitators and coordinators share a background in adult education and household administration. None of us are therapists or lawyers — and we keep that distinction front and centre.
Pimchanok Suwanrat
Lead Facilitator
Pimchanok designs and leads the Family Communication Workshops. She has a background in adult learning and has spent years helping groups build practical conversation skills in everyday settings.
Thitiwat Krairuk
Document & Administration Lead
Thitiwat oversees the Household Document Organisation Service. With a background in records management, he helps families create filing systems that are straightforward to maintain long-term.
Natnicha Promphan
Programme Coordinator
Natnicha coordinates scheduling, enrolment, and participant support across all three programmes. She is usually the first point of contact when families reach out with questions.
How We Work
Standards we hold ourselves to
Clear Service Scope
We clearly define what each programme includes and does not include. Education and administrative organisation are our domain — advice requiring professional regulation is not, and we say so plainly.
Participant Privacy
What participants share during workshops remains within the group. We do not record sessions or retain personal notes beyond what participants take home themselves.
Small Group Sizes
Workshops are capped at a size that allows real participation. We do not run large-format events where individuals get lost in the crowd.
Data Protection
Enquiry and enrolment data is handled in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act. We do not share participant information with third parties for commercial purposes.
Updated Materials
Guides, templates, and workbooks are reviewed periodically to make sure they reflect current household situations and administrative practices in Thailand.
Respectful Environment
All sessions are run on a basis of mutual respect. Facilitators set a calm tone from the start, and participants are expected to engage in the same spirit.
Family education and household organisation in Bangkok
Kinfold operates from the Sathon district, one of Bangkok's central business areas, making our office accessible to families from across the city. Our three programmes cover distinct but complementary needs: structured communication skills for day-to-day household dialogue, administrative organisation for the records and schedules that every household accumulates, and cooperative coordination frameworks for families sharing parenting responsibilities.
We work with households of all configurations — couples, single parents, extended families, blended households, and families navigating significant changes in their living arrangements. The common thread is a desire for more order and clarity in how the household runs, without the intensity of professional intervention.
All of our workshop content has been developed with the everyday family in mind. We use plain language, real-world examples drawn from Bangkok household life, and written materials that participants can return to long after the session ends. Our facilitators are trained educators, not licensed professionals offering regulated services, and we are straightforward about that distinction.
Families in Thailand face a specific set of administrative and communication challenges shaped by local legal structures, household norms, and the pace of life in Bangkok. Our materials are developed with these realities in mind rather than adapted from foreign contexts that may not fit.
